Power Junkie Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Hi All I need find the Best way to send a Gearbox+Diff down to leeds, any ideas of cost and how to do it? any help would be great (my first time) Mark.
Power Junkie Posted December 5, 2007 Author Posted December 5, 2007 Why to LeedsHiggy Im selling it and might have a buyer there.
higgy Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 your best bet is to put it on a pallet and shrink wrap it so it cant get damaged. then phone around for a price from yor local DHL ( grant Aka the squigell) and im sure he will keep you right. Dont put it in a box . Drain the oil and the shipping will be cheaper. Higgy

RA Dunk Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 agree with higgy, i shipped a gearbox to belgium a few months back with DSL, just secure it to a pallet and make sure its TOTALLY empty of oil or it will be sent back to you
