Windscreen Washer

As the title states my windscreen washer packed in yesterday - on the way to Glenshee which is one of the most salted roads in Scotland I think! Thankfully it rained/snowed, so I wasn't in too much trouble! I found on the way home that if I pushed the button while going round a right hand bend I got some water out of it.

Point is, I just wondered if this is common thing ('06 WRX) and if so is there a fix? I'm, off out to look at it shortly and have a poke about but, as always, your input would be appreciated.

My Volvo used to tell me when the windscreen washer bottle was empty. My Scoobie doesn't. I know that now!

Guess I should actually LOOK at the cap before I fill any of the bottles in future. I could end up with coolant in the brakes next time :o

Thanks for the words of support guys :P
