Got my first Impreza 3 weeks ago (GB270) so I'm obviously new to this but I'm after some help.

At the weekend I was parked in acres of road and someone overnight bumped into the drivers door and wing, both dented in the worst possible place. Took it for it's 1000 service this morning and they've told me it's a new door and wing job.

I'm in Chester and need to know

1. is the dealer the best place for this?

2. any idea how much this is likely to cost? He hasn't told me yet and I'm sh*tting myself.

Hi mate welcome.

It might be worth taking it somewhere other than main dealers purely on a cost side and to get a second opinion.

Yet to see a GB270 aswell. is it the wagon?

Had scratches & scrapes on my blobeye wrx on front bumper, near side wing, near side wing mirror, rear bumper. All cost £400 have repaired and resprayed at a body shop in l'pool if it helps.

As above, get a price from an independant bodyshop

It's the saloon and I think it looks the business. Looks best from the front, very menacing. I've got some pre bump pics somewhere so I'll post a couple once I get a bit more familiar with the site.
