matthew_buckland Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Maybe not the best time to bring this up but as most of us no places are already getting booked up, Are we having a christmas meal this year, would be good to have a dinner and show/dance whatever. Just a thought....
granby Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Good timing Sue as i was thinking about this over the weekend, how about we have a xmas meal with a difference I don't know about other people but whenever i've had a xmas meal it hasn't been very good, rock solid brussels - soft roast potato's - dry turkey etc etc so why not have a indian or chinese xmas meal, we could go to the indian we went to before or try somewhere else Anyone else up for that

HOL Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Im up for a meal with a difference! The trouble with things is always finding a night when everybody is not already booked for meals at work etc...!

Very true, so how about Dec 8th or 15th ps...does the meal with a difference mean you not locking yourself out of your car Hol Edited October 8, 2007 by Granby

Anyway, I was fine, it was poor old Q-Dog who had to watch over my car in the cold for 40mins. To make sure I have gotten an uncoded key cut and filed down so that it fits in my wallett. At least I can get back in the door next time.

HOL Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 Thats the date sorted. Now we just need a venue. Anyone know any good (Chinese or other non-indian) restaurants, with a big car park? [Personally I like Thai Food). Otherwise, its TGI Fridays for us!
Dalthegooner Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 We're gonna have to give it a miss. Can't do the 8th (Company Christmas meal) and I'm a fussy f r who doesn't eat Chinese, Indian or Thai
