Gutted for you, just put a new splitter on mine, got rid of the old fibreglass one and put a new flexi plastic one on so hopefully if i touch anything it will flex and not break

Think i need to treat my car to a few pressies now to make up for it, But first i need to source a Jun front splitter (not keen on the ebay replica's, heard bad things about the fitment of them).

dazzlers82 Posted August 25, 2007 Posted August 25, 2007 no most been my own fault so cant really moan it was the splitter that made me sick
darryl_martin Posted August 26, 2007 Posted August 26, 2007 (edited) Sorry to hear that mate. And for those that are worrying that these things happen in 3's (Gurnars, Dazzler..) worry not...... No.3 slot is now taken Not a kerb but some uneven road, and I was only doing about 5mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did you get the flexi one Ian? Edited August 26, 2007 by Padtwo

luke_clifton Posted August 26, 2007 Author Posted August 26, 2007 (edited) Can i ask you oppinions on this please. What do you think it's quality is like, looks good in the pics. and is much cheaper than the Official JUN splitters. Would rather pay the extra £200 for the official one than have one that looks like it's falling off (although thats kinda what mine looks like atm ). Edit: would help if i added the link ebay Edited August 26, 2007 by gurnars

I'd reccommend jdl for splitters, i ripped mine off last year and run over it and it only needed a little bit of cosmetic work before it went back on

luke_clifton Posted August 26, 2007 Author Posted August 26, 2007 Just been looking on HT Auto's website, and they do a P1 front splitter for the early shape cars. Now i have a dilemma, Jun style or P1 style??
