Any Mechanics about??

Any mechanics free this Sunday for some work??  Cant get off bloody crankshaft bolt to fit these bloody alloy pulleys!!!

Get someone to put car (not running) in 4th gear with brake on and use long socket bar to slacken pulley bolt.

The pulleys look good, do they offer any noticeable performance benefits? Im guessing they are lighter, do they help the engine spin up any quicker?
