Afternoon all

Well what a day.....

......spent most of my afternoon round at my nan's house bailing out water - it was coming quicker than I could bail. Mrs Bailey also dived in and luckily we managed to avoid some serious water damage to her house.

Journey home was no fun - 2.5hrs to do 3miles, the only road home that appeared to be open was seriously flooded, was shaking like a leaf as I sat waiting my turn to drive through the flood. I was at the point where my thoughts were to turn around as I didnt want to risk the scoob in a flood, but then......

....coming toward me out of the flood was a 2002 Sti and my concerns faded. I must thank that guy for testing the water next time I see him.

Still have to find a way of recovering Mrs bailey and Erin from my parents house in Cheney Manor, they have been stranded there since 15.15.
