What kind of subaru have i bought? It says it V-Limited on the boot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought my first impreza yesterday and im not 100% sure what  it is. Ive spent ages trying to work out what it is from the vin plate and from old forum topics. Basicaly i want to know if ive bought a type RA V-LIMITED or a standard with stickers on!!!!!!!!!! can some one help please.

whats the chassis model code?should start GC8 and is on the plate in the engine bay/suspension area iirc and what year is the car that will help a lot i know the sti version 2 ra Vltd code is GC8C4DD

Hi The vin plate has the following-model=GC8C4DD option code=BBE Trim=528 Engine=EJ206DW5PR colour=53C Trans=TY752VB4CA on the bage on the back it says 101 of 555 its a 1996 model

if it says 101 of 555 id guess thats a V ltd but the model code is def a wrx sti version 2 RA,the V ltd shares the model code but was a"ltd" edition so came with a numbered plaque....so looks like you have the car you thought you did []

And the colour is 555 blue so its a rare car you got there

Im based Near Garstang Preston. Im just on with the job of taking the engine out at the minute so i can get it on the bench and have a look to see whats making the tapping sound. Oh yes i saw a green R reg scooby at the Shell garage near Kirkham roundabout today had Alpine Stars stickers down the sides sounded very nice!!!
