They really are great results considering the mods.. weird question, but with the new found power, what sort of mileage are you getting from a full tank?? [:o]

Gus, you know you want to mate, just a couple of cheeky wee mods to free things up a little..... its actually a safety mod, the car will be quicker overtaking slow moving traffic which reduces the time on the wrong side of the road..... Haha, you can use that one if you want?? [:)]

Cheers,

Grant

Detango it Gus lol [:o]

Blueboys car does sound good on full chat though. good results though with as said before limited mods torque is king and the old no replacement for displacement

Full system from turbo back=decat downpipe centre section and backbox with 4.5" tailpipe is £400 (delivered) for SS members(normally £480 plus £20p&p) so a decent saving. Only mod you need to make is take a small cut section from the rear diffuser to accomodate the 3inch pipework.

Is there an option of a sports cat for those of us who want to avoid having to p*ss about at MOT time (not that I have one in the next 2yrs). Obviously with it being a larger bore I wouldn't be able to swap the original CAT back on (unless I did the whole lot). Or would there be a simple swap in CAT for the mid pipe that would allow it to still pass the MOT?

Sorry Iain, not a "sportcat" version available for the Hawkeye just now I'm afraid. It would be a full system change back or find a "helpful" MOT centre. They are out there[:o

My word those were good figures, was waiting to see what some of the guys were getting from the 2.5 Hawkeyes before I did modded my MY07 STi. Looks like I don't need to bother with bigger turbo and pistons for the mean time. Think I will just go down the blueboy88 route, hopefully Andy will have the map and should just need to tweek it on mine if I get the same/similar mods.

So basically all I do is fire on a turbo back 3" system, walbro 255 pump and a API induction. Sounds like a piece of p1sh to me, better get on the blower to Andy when I get back from holiday  :D
