Yippeee for me Down side is as a result I have got a really bad chest infection and lost my voice (seriously the Doc said that the smoke has been killing off bugs and germs over the last seven years, now that I'm not smoking and therefore they can live my immune systems has some catching up to do !) Who said not smoking makes you healthier not starting again though, EVER Link to comment
