Despite the odd case of 'spirited' driving, we were spotted by officials and invited back to the festival next year. The best bit is it is completely FREE! I will update when i find out the details but it would be great to have a decent turn out of Scoobies and Jap turbos especially when it wont cost anyone a penny!! -

Probably be down for about 2.30pm to give everyone a chance. it's Sunday after all. lol[] -
Just an idea (very short notice I know) but I've just been down to the transport festival and it really looks like it could do with a few Scoobies (Or Jap cars in general) to liven things up a bit. There looks like there is loads of room to get a nice group of jap cars on show and it would be a good chance for local Impreza owners to get together and have a chin wag. The location is Barony Playing fields which are in the centre of Nantwich (If you know where Nantwich is you'll kvow where the Barony is) It would be good to see all Jap performance cars so if you know anyone then invite them along! My mobile is 07919 376 969 so call/ text if you are interested!! Cheers, Andy []

DEPT OF TRANSPORT INITIATIVE RE-LAUNCH, MAY 2006. Information Release. Due to the nature of the quality of driving in England the Department of Transport has now devised a new scheme in order to identify poor drivers and give good drivers the opportunity to recognise them whilst driving. For this reason as from the middle of May 2006 those drivers who are found to be driving badly which includes: - overtaking in dangerous places; - hovering within one inch of the car in front; - stopping sharply; - speeding in residential areas; - pulling out without indication; - performing U turns inappropriately in busy highstreets; - under taking on motorways and - taking up more than one lane in multi lane roads, These drivers will be issued with flags, white with a red cross, signifying their inability to drive properly. These flags must be clipped to a door of the car and be visible to all other drivers and pedestrians. Those drivers who have shown particularly poor driving skills will have to display a flag on each side of the car to indicate their greater lack of skill and general lower intelligence mindset to the general public. Please circulate this to as many other motorists as you can so that drivers and pedestrians will be aware of the meaning of these flags. Department of Transport. []

I tend to acknowlege other scooby drivers but most of the younger owners (I am one at 25) suddenly turn into the Fonz when they get behind the wheel of their scoob and are too pre-occupied by trying to look cool to notice anyone else. lol They usually have shades on with one hand draped over the top of the steering wheel shit hair and their seat reclined like a deck chair! You know who you are~!! [H] [^o)]
