Checked out brakes today as for some reason they were squeeling all the time. Turns out one of the pads were jammed onto the disk and have worn themselves down to about 1mm of life left. Other side was fine with bags of miles left in them. Is this a weak piston? Would a refurb sort this out? Would anyone have an idea who would do this and where abouts you go to have it done? Just informed Mckelvie of the plate error, ta. Fully resprayed it was, Ive just noticed how much deeper the colour is now from the pics. Thanks for the comments again, ye dont see many mica red ones about I was thinking it was an aquired taste. Clearly not Jof

Cheers for the comments lads. Im afraid for the Gold lovers out there ive just had the wheels done Anthracite Grey they were not in good condition so had to be changed. Same wheels, 18s (powdercoated) though they look bigger now because the car was also dropped 40mm on Eibachs recently. The Scoob should be in good enough condition to attend most shows etc this year now, since ive been hiding it a bit. JOF

That superb figures mate, really superb. Do you think the headers have helped the excellent torque figures? So thats just a complete exhaust system and a good map thats got you there or is there anything else G?

Impreza Ciaran every time, I fully agree with your well made points. I recently endured a rolling road day with loads of type Rs yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawnnnnnn got sick of seeing the same figures 197bhp and 140ib/ft torque on standard and mildly modded ones. One main difference is that they can put a bit of power down that 4WD takes away from a scoob.Type R 14k, Supercharger 4k,Nos 1k outcome 250bhp what a friggin waste of money. Carry on.
