I read that you have tried a different fob.What about a different key? the key has a chip in it,if its not recognised by the ecu the ecu will shut the fuel pump down.If thet doesnt work check that you have a live out put from the relay which is one of the three above the interior fuse box.If you have then do a continuity check with the multi-metre on that wire from relay to fuel pump. The older model had a pulg in the fuel pump wiring under the rear seat which was known to burn out.Its always worth a look
