Alright Dave! How's things? No, the Accord was sold to free up money for the new flat and I bought the Corrado as a replacement for the weekends... Its in my garage most of the time though cos I walk to work mon-fri and on the weekends we tend to take Sym's car so I've decided to sell as we get by with 1 car. My weekend fun car is actually just money sitting doing nothing... So looking to sell it and put the money to better use Accord was still the best car I've had though ...so far!

still no photos - I was either drunk or washing the other half's car over the weekend and never got a chance to look at mine... still for sale, price now £4500 o.n.o - cheaper than any with similar miles & spec on autotrader or pistonheads

Due to becoming a 1 car household, I am unfortunately having to sell my Corrado VR6 1995 (M) Corrado 2.9 VR6 84k with FSH Blackberry metallic Black Heated Leather Air-con ESR, EM, EW Automatic (better than it sounds - I was impressed!) F/Fogs Rear spoiler in working condition Standard car, with the exception of 16" alloy wheels with excellent Toyo tyres (put on by previous owner) Bodywork is generally good other than a small dent on the rear wing Tax until December 05 We have an airport and a train station, and are only 2 hrs north of Edinburgh. I am basing my price on similar cars on Autotrader (there are only about 10 cars nationally with less than 100k miles!) £4750 ono The car is currently showing my private registration, however this will not be included in the sale. Due to purchase of new irons I have the following for sale; Titleist 962 irons with stiff shafts, 3-9 irons + SW, VGC, good shafts and grips etc (no PW - I have my own selection of wedges so never bought it) Wilson 1200 midsize 1,3,5 woods, reg shafts. hardly used but could do with being regripped. £125 + P&P or collection from Aberdeen

Hmmm, I am lo legal eagle, but.... 1. you asked for a UK spec car, which indicated that you were aware it may be an import, but were happy so long as it was to UK spec... You never specified it had to be a UK car... However, if there is the alarm difference, then it was an import at less than UK spec... 2. you bought/leased etc a car with a manufacturers warranty. You now have an invalid warranty due to the delaer you bought it from making an incorrect assumption. They then falsified the service book to attempt to remedy the problem. (this is great news in itself for you; do AC want the public to know they falsift the history of cars they are responsible for?? ) In closing, members of the jury , I deduce that your car does not match the description given at sale, which is in contradiction to the trade descriptions act 1968; you bought, what you were told, was a new car with MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY that was agreed to be of the same spec as a UK SUPPLIED CAR. No alarm = not to UK spec. No initial service = invalid warranty, and it was on AC's instructions that the service was missed by 5k and therefore your warranty is invalid.
