  1. Thankyou All for coming along [] It was a very good turnout and a very impressive parking display when I turned up - did anyone get any pics? Nice to meet newbies, P1Chris, stardust and Matt - hope that was gentle enough for you Chris [] along with a couple of people who joined us from the Celica and Jag clubs who were a little suprised at being welcomed in I think lol After speaking to several people tonight, it's been decided not to go here again, reasons being that the toilets were flooded and full of nasty things [+o(] and it was very packed standing room only and I'm sure someone said something about Chavs.....not that that's a reason, or is it? So the search is on for another Child Freindly pub in this area, all suggestions welcome, but need to be checked out first, preferably on a Friday night....
  2. We need to have a chat at the next meet, I've got some ideas but can't be bothered to type....
  3. Of course, I'll come and say hi and introduce you to everyone - might be a bit late waiting for mum to come and babysit lol. If I were in my car I could say you'll hear me coming when I leave [] but Loonybin is my driver tonight, not quite sure how loud his is lol [] And P1 Chris, I'm a very sweet and gentle person [A], can't vouch for everyone else tho []
  4. it's a 95 wrx sti type ra. if it has no cats won't it fail the mot? Forgot yours was an import, and being an sti was probably around 280 as standard, you probably still have the cat in the up pipe/down pipe, (always get these mixed up lol) So de catting that would probably see you over the 300 mark. As for failing the mot, you just need to know the right person, mines fully decatted and passes....[]
  5. At 297 I'd say it doesn't have any cats my old classic was on 291 with no cats, what model and year is it?
  6. That diagram looks like it's from a new age, Scoots has a classic which has one less cat on it. Ade - behave yourself lol, you'd get a slipped disk if you tried to pick me up ......[] As for the introducing new members to the club, I do try and make sure I introduce them to whoever is at the meet - even though a lot of people think I'm outgoing, it still scares me approaching the new members to say hello myself - trouble is, once I've done the introductions, I can't force people to make conversation and this works both ways you have to speak to someone to get an answer - just do what I do take a deep breath and walk up to them and say Hi and talk to them, a lot of the time the shyness is on both sides, I do try my best to make sure people aren't left alone at meets, but there is only so much I can do for them. I will have your t-shirt tonight too...[]
  7. Hello and welcome Trevor, don't listen to them, we are all very sane with a few exceptions lol...

  16. It's that time again.... This month we are going to try the Bobbing Apple in Sittingbourne. We have decided not to use Nottcutts at the moment as the do not allow children inside after 9 which is not fair on those with families who would like to stay longer. We will be meeting from 7.30 onwards, looking at how the weather has been brollies may be a good option if we are going to stay outside and chat for a while, as are warm coats etc. Here is the full addy for those who like to check on Multimap etc: The Bobbing Apple Sheppey Way Bobbing Sittingbourne Kent ME9 8PD Hope to see you all there [] and don't forget, children are welcome here and will not get thrown out in the cold after 9!!!! The list.... 1. Pele
