  4. M3 CSL Ferrari 355 Spider Porsche 911 Evo FQ 400 Goats Although one day on a private racetrack down south a BMW M5 on a 55plate pummeled me like a smoked goat until i pulled aside with a red face. Boy they are powerful machines. Also got smoked by a Peugot205gti last year.
  5. Camera Van on M8 eastbound between the Forth Road cut off and Hermiston Gate. 1120hrs, looked to be setting up shop as i passed who was it that sang "pump up the JAM" ?
  6. Prior Planning and Preperation Prevents Pish Poor Performance lol Goathead[] Car looks good !!!
  7. The Forrester STI looks like a cool car to have I do think though that when i win the competition i will take the Impreza STI for pootling to and from work[] Vicki Butler-Henderson is amazing !!!
  8. I used to wave but now i see a scooby coming and slump down in the seat and drive past as if theres no one in the car with the lights flashing. That way they go to the subaru dealership and ask for one of the newages that drives itself[][] And sounds like a Vauxhall corsa
  9. lol you should see me washing my car, I have my jeans rolled up to my knees [] Sparkling Martin [Y] [][]
  10. welcome to SIDC and the forums[]
  11. Given i had a late night i just got out my bed. Whilst there i had a dream that i owned a 22b with mega mods and was driving around KH very fast. I remember thinking in the dream "Coulty said........and thats coming from a newage owner" and wondering what he was on about as i didnt have a newage but a 22b, and needed to tell everyone he had made a mistake when i got home. I have since woke up and can see the 1400kg battlebus sitting outside. How strange the scooby, modding and life balance can be when you eat and sleep subaru.[:'(]
  12. []lol, Welcome to the I'm not addicted website[]
  13. Davie, The idea i had of NOS was based on the fact that you were looking to do it as cheaply as possible and maybe didnt have the cash jusy now to do it all in a oner. The answer i should have given you was- Rome wasnt built in a day !!!! The enjoyment isnt getting to 300, 400, 500 in one go. the enjoyment is the whole process to getting there.. Once you get to a certain level, the fun stops and you get bored again
  14. I dont know that much about it tbh mate. I would think though that a 50 shot of NOS taking you just over the 300 mark wouldnt be any worse than having an orthadox 300bhp going through the engine.
  15. [] Some hell of a statement coming from a newage driver!!! [][][] The truth hurts me but its true[] Im trying to get 400+of both the stuff just to beat a slightly tuned classic off the line at crail[]
  16. APS DR725 fmic. Seems to allow the power to run through the car without any or much heat soak. Bumper needs cut. Jubilee clips are gash for £1000 worth of kit and twice now in a month the hardpipes have come apart between 1.4 and 1.6 bar of boost and the cars died by the roadside. Great fmic but needs the special WRC style jubilee clips put onto it to stop it dying whenever it gets rammed with some serious pressure.
  17. I would say that comparing standard cars, the classics win everytime. even modded classics will be quicker than modded newages with slightly more power so i guess that makes them quicker is the answer. classics win.[]
  18. aye standard shat advertised as optimax. to their credit it was marked as 96.9p where pump 4 was 97.9 [] clowns
  19. went to Shell in Paisley last night and before i grabbed the pump i went into ask the girl if there really was optimax in teh pump marked optimax. she had a quick look at the delivery note and some other paperwork and then said "good point, pump 3 doesnt have optimax in it, you need to use pump 4" Maybe this is a good point for the future !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky escape in this case
  20. i wouldnt change that bar unless you want to go tail end into something that doesnt move, like the wall. If your car handles well, has good brakes, good oil, no engine issues then thats enough. Make sure you check your oil before you go on. Thats the biggest advice i can think of.
  21. both do exactly the same thing Stephen. The camera van needs a laser bounced off the front of your car to get your speed. The handheld laser needs a laser bounced off your car to get your speed.
  22. 1.Fai17(on track) 2.G6RAY(spectating) 3.Marc29(spectating) 4.Gumball (spectating/malingering) 5.Ally-b 6.G mac 7. Wilky (On track) 8. Big Daz & Scoobylav (On Track with project Puggy) 9. FastScooby (Hopefully with a fresh MOT) http://nurburgring.org.uk/webcams.html'>
