Who's told you that, I had a set of rears go in 7 months and it had been nowhere near a track!! the rears seize up and then when at traffic lights drop down !! Fitted some MY03 UK STi shocks to it afterwards and no proplems up untill I went for the T25 suspension ie upgraded

Yes sorry they do knock, but I have a set of an MY03STi that i replaced them with that dont if you are interested? I have since replaced them with the full T25 handling kit[] So i can sell you them with the JDM springs if you want, (lower than UK springs). Cheers Andy

my jdm sti ones look identical to that, they are just sat in the garage after putting the AST's on just checked an they are definatly red with black springs
