  1. Hi, It might be worth checking if your GPS unit / antenna is in the optimium position. The more "sky" it can see the better your position will in terms of accuracy. You could still be correct but there are lots of people who put there's beside the A-pillar and end of losing a couple of satellites as a consequence... http://www.trimble.com/gps/howgps.shtml Cheers Cal
  2. Hi, I use a Sony TRV 22E which can be picked up for about £100 on Ebay these days... I then use a B-Hague mount ( £85 ) which can be mounted ANYWHERE outside or inside the car that has a nice flat surface ( glass or bodywork) I then use pishy Windows Move Maker to hack up the file and then host it on my website Not sure where you would get a cradle from though Hope this helps Cal
  3. 4. Just to moisten your loins.................... http://www.litchfieldimports.co.uk/subaru_06forester.asp I would not buy one as I could not justify the expense but I still think they are great cars and VERY rare. Only ever seen one in Aberdeen Cal
  5. Once a week for me ..........cannot cope with salt being on my whip. Handwash once a week in summer ( by my own fair mitts) and in winter jet wash / hand wash from some local Polish trojans who even clean inside my PFF7's. My wifes car normally gets semi-neglected but we have just bouht her a new Golf FSI Sport so it's getting some treatment too Roll on April and salt free roads ( but pesky flies) Cal

  22. Folks, How many times have you gone to a meet and got talking to someone you had never met before only to ask them their name and realise that you have chatted before via this forum ? This happened to me at KH when I had met RS Grant but could not recall his name So my idea is similiar to the people pics thread.... Use the piccy from the people pics thread and paste the link into your SIDC signature Use this code ( insering your own link obviously) & simply paste it in :- [urlequalsignhttp://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v242/cgs...rent=coupon.jpg]Link to Cal's Coupon * where I have put equalsign insert "=" it will look like this :- Link to Benny's Coupon and keep your signature neat access your signature via the "control panel" link at the bottom right hand side of this page It then means you dont have to sift through the dross in the people pics thread if you wanna know what someone looks like Meets for newbies will be 10 times easier as they feel they may know some individuals in advance and will be able to approach them.....The alternative is to all walk about Knockhill etc with those SIDC passes on and feel like a bit of a dobber Just an idea - I don't have a clue what 80% of the people in here look like [:$] Cheers Cal LINK TO PEOPLE PICS THREAD LINK TO PHOTOBUCKET FOR UPLOADING YOUR PICCY You can edit your pics in Microsoft Paintbrush, MS Photo Editor, MS Picture It ! or any other Graphics Suite
  23. 24. Life's too short......... If you fancy the RB320 then go for it If you can afford it and can squeeze T&C a bit on the trade in then I say "yes" I can see both sides of the argument but it would look shaweet on yer driveway Cal
