....and what about the 12 year old paper boy on his bike, pulling out of someones driveway after delivering the local paper. Hit at 30mph = the end, hit at 60mph = shoes found 260 yards apart from each other. Thats one of the cases I had on jury service. (boy was hit in a 30mph zone)
Kind of hits home when you hear the boys father give evidence against the tosser driving as he saw his only son killed in front of his eyes. (he was parking his car in his driveway on the opposite side of the road.)
What kind of speed was going on in that clip - 120 + ??.......on a public road....
