i had a bad experience with them when I took the Justy in for a new backbox. They ordered the wrong part, told me that I needed the whole exhaust system changed as they believed it was on the verge of falling off and pretty much made up doom-and-gloom stories so I would buy more stuff from them [8o|] nice of the Pretender to post the special offer anyway [Y] but judging by the responses so far we are a bunch of sceptics and fussy gits []

[] sacrilege! it's interesting to read everyone's views on this - demonstrates the differences that we look for in a scoob. For me, I like classics because: - i love the 'sleekness' of their look - they feel smaller to drive (newages feel too bulky for me when i sit in one) - you can hear a lot more of whats going on in the engine - older car = cheaper road tax (always a bonus) - depreciation not a factor as they are older cars - association with Colin McRae and initial WRC success - rarer to see on the road than newages = exclusivity I've not driven a newage to compare against driving my RA so I may change my mind in the future []

other way about if you're driving an import [] i'm getting the hang of the scoobie wave - i had such a slow reaction time when i first started driving, the other driver would normally see me turning my head and beginning to wave back then I was out of his line of sight LoL Now i can spot them in plenty time to wave []
