Is this the Avonbar who do mini stuff, if it is, they are as well known as Roger Clarke Motorsport in mini modding circles. They built me a 1380 engine for my mini about 25 years ago. It must be a mistake somewhere. have you phoned them and explained what's happened?

The front switches all light up, only the auto lights up on the window controls.

All you need to do is replace the bulbs, easy but fiddlely.

I enjoyed our day out, and found it a shame that the raffle wasn't held, but I bet we broke a world record for the largest tube of toothpaste mosaic ever.

If your'e thinking about spending £3500 then I would consider an uprated rebuild as an option.API did mine and it is fantastic.

just to bring this back to life,I logged in and had a look at my statement and it makes no sense whatsoever,there are even 10 points for putting in 9 ltrs of normal unleaded, I wish. My car would not be happy on such a low quality/quantity of petrol. my car is an aloholic with very expensive tastes

I'm with FMJ ,I would only go to a subaru tuner for any mapping work,as it can be a mine field.Have they said what remap software they would be using?

I've got the V5 ltd and it's fantastic,but it's not even close to being standard anymore

speaking from experience I would tend to use people with a good reputation on the forums.All of my engine work has been carried out by API and I can recommend them without qualm.

what spec is the engine,and what supporting mods have you got to get it to 400bhp?

As you said steering is to say the least woolly but then fill it with rubbish it's like being on a motorbike you have to lean over to get it rounds bends.

I've been in 30 year old landrovers with better steering feedback.All in all one very crap vehicle,happy to stick with my 432bhp go kart.
