VF35 VF35 VF35 VF35 VF35 Ported headers are the exhaust manifolds that have excess metal removed and are opened up to the same size as the exhaust gasket so the gases flow more smoothly and so produce a bit more power but mainly torque, they also make the turbo spool sooner []

In theory any changes and you should but i had mine on for ages without, if you get the intercooler it's best you get the STi undertray aswell as it lets more air get to the intercooler

First i believe Harvey is abroad at the moment and previously he was in hospital but he is hard to get hold of anyway As for the ported headers i've recently found out the this company has them in stock www.mocomracing,com and they are a lot nearer if you don't want to do them yourselves as Hol suggested Lastly i don't think you will get 300bhp out of the standard TD04 turbo, they seem to get to a max of 280-290bhp so please don't be disappointed if you don't get 300bhp but with the mods you have you should be able to get to 300ft lbs torque which is really what you want for drivability []
