Mine are Gold! ;0

I can understand you guys having the BLUES over your brakes...
-
No worries Jimmer. I did put up a possible route that I thought may be suitable for all. I've never driven the part further then Combe Martin though, so not done Combe Martin through to Barnstaple
-
In a nice area too, its just after the drag up from Lynton/Lynmouth GREAT blast up the hill if no traffic as very clear visibility......
-
Should be gettting fitted on the cheap tomorrow along with my new brake pads and braided hoses! I can't wait. The only thing I though about the current route is that us Somerset boys travelling in the wrong direction nearly 100% of the time!
-
Indeed! Good to meet up the other day mate! Headlights are safely back in the car too!

I can but mine was on a New Age
-
Perhaps a change of route... Could go from the link road to nearly Barnstable. Then head through Combe Martin, Lynton, Lynmouth and head to Porlock hill that way. Much more scenic and twisty with the odd bit to blast along too! Tonkins mate, I know the pain. My pads have started to rub on the front of my new discs and looks like they've scored the discs near the hub so getting new pads as can't work out why they're rubbing, yet my everyday hack so still need to use it until the pads arrive! Oh and to anyone who cares... lol The blackening of my headlights is completed and they are refitted
-
Matty your more then welcome to swing by while your down. I'm literally 5 mins from M5 Jct 24
-
Jut an update to say I have just successfully completed headlight 1 of 2. I was very nervous of doing this in the oven so took my time splitting them
-
Not wanting to fuel a fire or anything, but my SILVER NEW AGE wagon is my every day hack and she's a stunner
-
They look good mate!
-
Yes talking of taking apart and painting
-
i do hope to be with your providing my mods all go to plan I will be. My wagon is looking fab, but getting arches flared on sat due to a slight rub on heavy cornering now my springs have settled in. Also contemplating blackening my headlights this weekend..... Unsure about this though...
-
I've got a set of 2006 wrx calipers all round with good diss. The front one could do with a refurb. I think £300 is a good price. Also may have spare hoses but they are standard
-
The Colbone Inn still exists and is open not far from the top of Porlock Hill. Haven't been in since I was a kid but last I heard the local butcher had bought it do food should be good if that is the case
-
Very slight marking of white on the inside of the rims.... Nothing more I can do about it! First drive out today now camber and tracking sorted. Got a little rubbing on rear arch so now looking at slight flare as well as the arch roll
-
Undamaged I meant. Damn predictive text
-
It was a pair of washers that hadn't gone I properly.... Looks like just the inside of the alloy marked with white stain like marks but will try some hot soapy water later and see what I can remove luckily the face of them appears to be I damaged but I guess this is because I treated them with rim wax
-
Not a happy bunny this morning. Just drive to get tracking done and brakes have bled all over my new front wheels for some reason. Here's hoping that they can be saved

Can't remember how to load them up and on my iPhone. If someone wants to give me an email address I can send them over to be put up
-
I've now fitted my Eibach springs, Rota Force wheels, and Brembo brake upgrade with new discs! Looking a lot more aggresive now!
