If it is at Jerry's just for the day then no portaloos, if it is overnight and we have families attending then we may need portaloos. But do not forget that I have not actually talked to Jerry yet, nor have we put up a date!! I would like this to be a family do as I would like us to do inclusive events as far as possible. My initial idea was for a bring your own type of thing to keep the costs down but I opened it up to suggestions as we need to keep the whole area democratic as far as possible. At the end of the day we must try to be central for the majority, no good saving £3 per person on a field if we then have to pay an extra £20-30 to get there. Due to health issues, camping in a field with no facilities is not on for me, and I cannot eat most b-b-q things anyway, but I am sure we will get this organised. I was hoping for a bigger response from members all round the area - whether SIDC or not - as we can then encourage more to join us and make it all better when we do other things Dunno if der management are reading this, but maybe they would like to make an input (Hi Kim!!) Still gauging interest at the moment lol.

OK guys, Fitz wants us to fill the Hoe so no limits on numbers. I have the blank forms. I need you to pm me your e-mail address and I will send the form out. You need to return it to him not me with your cheque! This is the limit of my involvement from that point of view. I will co-ordinate the getting there etc but local help would be good (come on you Janners). Asap guys coz all the money has to be in by 1st June. Cars can enter the Hoe from 11 am and it all starts at 12am. Pudsey will be there for those with kids!! I would like a timeline of cars from earliest classic to latest saloon and hatch if possible.
