That's an awesome pen.
Check this goal celebration though. It's class.

Not bad.
What's the deal with it beoing through the week. Thought weekends would be better.

I don't think we can complain to much. The M3, 190 Cosworth and Sapphire Cosworth are all iconic cars in thier own right and even more so at that time of life.
I for one have an E36 M3 Evo and it was brilliant. Alot of power in that engine and it did keep going through the gears up to high speeds without a problem.

Well I have a blue blob eye STI but I know it wasn't me as I wasn't in the country for the 1st 18 days of this month.

It just makes me laugh because they really thought they were actually going to properly do the Germans. That tournament was screaming out for England to play a half decent side and get stuffed. I'm glad they've been found out.
All this rubbish about the Germans being inexperienced blah blah!! The runs they were making for each other was tremendous and the outcome was clearly deserved.

Really nice in Black.
-
Had a black one for a couple of years from 2000.
Lovely motor and seriously fantastic in the bends....... BUT........ the seats were just to small for my ass broke the drivers bolster twice lol!!!
Yeah they are defo a snug fit. They are quality seats though.

Nothing wrong with that!!
It's lovely!!

I would really like an Escort Cosworth or a Focus RS (old Style obviously).
Always loved Escort Cosworths!! Focus RS' are sweet also!!

Oh hell yeah.
What a car!
-
That's looking real good.

That does look good! Wouldn't mind one of those grills myself.
-
Lovely car and so worth while making a black car shine like that.
Looks the part!!!
-
That's not good at all. You have to feel for the guy with the M3.
How nice does the M5 sound afterwards though. Nice note.
-
That's an extremely nice Hawkeye.
As for the Z4M. Sexy machine I have to say with pace to go with it.
Nice cars and welcome.

In one sense, I'm agreeing with you Al, but in another.... not so much...
It really depends on what you are willing to do when it comes to security, but just as long as you know that what ever you do, its not about stopping them dead, so much as slowing them down...
Point in question,I seem to remember reading in a magazine somewhere that the criteria for a Cat1 Alarm/Immobiliser means that the criminals cannot make off with the car within a certain length of time as part of the test. (ie: they cannot make off inside 6 minutes for example giving more time for get caught) although I can't find anywhere to confirm that right now... Either way, A pro will get past your Cat1 alarm, and they will get past steering wheel locks, and gear shift locks, but the idea is to make it as hard as you can for them... the longer and harder that it will be for them to get in and away, the less likely they will A) Bother, or B ) That they can do it before they are caught...
And to say that by putting a steering lock on your car... well, I see what your saying, by not fitting the extra security, your saying that its not worth anything... Well, that theory works fine for your garden shed, but everyone knows what an Impreza is... they know that they are desirable, and they are targeting them anyway. So if they see 2 Imprezas one with a steering lock, and one without, you think that they are going to go for the one with the steering lock, when the other is easier to get away with...? Path of Least resistance and all that...
End of the day, its all down to the choice of the user, and what it's worth to you... if your happy that you have a cat1 security Which should feature a flashing red light for a start as a visual deterrent, then that's fine, but if your looking for piece of mind, then I don't think that investing in the extra devices will do you any harm...
And its a very good bit of Advice from Al there too, that I can't stress enough, (Although rarely pay attention to myself) keep the car tidy inside, an opportunist is more likely to break in if they think that there is something worth stealing, even if it's just a carrier bag of rubbish, they wont know that till they are in!!! and when you consider that you can enter an Impreza in Seconds (Classics especially) without breaking anything, it means that the thieves can be gone in seconds too...
Dale, I totally agree with this. Nowadays, if a pro wants your car, they will have it eventually. Unless it's mega secure!!
-
Well that's very true. I have a security bar round my steering wheel anyway. Hopefully this would make them walk on to the next one.
-
Ooocha!
Nice driving.
-
FFS man!!
I'm a little concerned now. Tea leaves!!
-
That looks sweet!
I thought Sti's may have come with tints from factory. I know my blobeye Sti has tints. Maybe somebody before me got this done or maybe it was an optional extra from the beginning??
-
So it it just us 2 going from aberdeen?
Also, what's the score with tickets? I went to buy some the other night, but never got the email from them, and they don't appear to have billed me... so assuming that I can buy at the gate?
I've no idea what time I'm leaving at. Possibly around 8:00 - 8:30ish??
-
I'll be heading down!!
-
Looks really nice.

That's brilliant. Would've been a great experience.
I find it hard to criticise Inter for putting the shutters on. They were down to 10 men after all.
They did what they had to so fair play to Inter.
Who wants a S201?
