i have a 93 sti ra impreza and its not boosting i have checked all the hoses and are all fine could the boost control valve - solonoid be gubbed i have cleaned it out and its clicking rappidly after u rev when revs coming down like is this correct or should it be doing something else thanks

just been having a look round all the hoses are on circlip is on actuator bar is moving and when car is runnung and u push the actuator u hear a slight clicking then when u push it right back it goes away only thing i can think that i have done different is i put some forte advanced formula gas treatment in with my fuel could this be causing it as i only done this yesterday

yes still have the maf no smoke or anything all hoses seem to be on and tight

hi i got in my car this morning and noticed my car wasnt boosting properly on my boost gauge its sits just below zero no boost on it what so ever this has just happened from parking it up yesterday and it was fine then can any one help cheers its a 93 sti ra impreza

hi there was just wondering what kind of bhp roughly is in a ra classic engine is pretty much standard but it has the 5th injector thanks

no they only come on when hot i have disconected the battery a few times to try clear it but this fault always appears back up checked the coils yesterday and 3 of them are cracked gutted would this be causing it do u think

only coming up with an engine coolant temp sensor fault

been imported years ago alwys ran on high octain fuel its running at 0.7 boost

yes there is fuel in it lol it is a import dont think it has been mapped ect

hi everyone new to this site i have just recently bought myself a 93 subaru impeza sti not sure exact spec ect but was told its an ra the engine has the 5 th injector on it if that helps right the problem im getting is when i put the foot down and doing a good speed it just cuts out for a second then comes back to life again so if anyone can help me out here would be great
