About marko72

  1. Cheer fellas. I have had a double check. Owners manual def says 60,000 and so on, but service and warranties booklet says every 50,000. Will get it done. She was last serviced at 96,000 last year. Im curious, will I notice a difference after its changed? Running more efficently or anything?
  2. Hi James, no its not cheap, might shop about, will pm you.
  3. Yep Matty, she was 10 in June lol, and goin well
  4. I have recd a quote for my next service form a well known centrally located specialist who i have used for a few years. Mileage is 103,000 miles so quote is for 100,000 miles service. They say its a small service plus the cambelt. I have chkd my service manual and it states cambelt to be done every 60,000 miles, so its not due until 120,000 miles. Looking for any clarification/opinions. Cheers.
  5. Saw your old classic a couple of times down here last sat, thought it looked familiar.
  6. thats awesome................ Starsky and hutch, maybe you get a free 70s cardigan to go with it. The rear end is just bizarre. Lights horrible. I will be headin over to the MG forum to sell off my old scoop.

  8. ..........The Skunk!!! Found this on the interscrapyard, Ive heard it does smell as bad as it looks. (dont think the Badger has anything to worry about)
  9. Ive seen worse as well. Love the hovercraft comparison.
  10. Cheers Paul, no hurry for the answer. Cheers. Cheers Al, good to know that about the seats, prob will sell them when I get around to it. The sti ones def feel 'less tight' lol. Im glad they didnt suit the 555 lol. Cathy, have it here, no idea if it will fit a classic, if you can find out and let me know. Cheers James, I have a few more additions to be added shortly as well.
  11. .....interior. And welcome to my full sti interior. Sti gear surround to go in Chrome handles to go in The standard wrx seat. (get ye too feck) Rear seats out Front seats out, centre console out Doorcards off Blue sti carpet in Rear seat in Chrome handles on, front doorcards on Front seats in, centre console on with sti surround Front seats Very happy with this upgrade, sure brightens the interior up, seats do feel more comfortable and seats feel good to the touch lol. Very big thanks to Paul (Paul555sti) for this interior and for his time in fitting it for me. I had removed the passenger seat and rear seat before going up to Pauls, a scoob sure makes alot more and different noises driving partially stripped out ha. The pics pretty much explain how it went, the only issue being that 05 blob doorcards are different to the bug but I had sourced bug sti ones anyway, along with the chrome handles which give a nice touch and the gear surround. Its interesting what you will find if you ever come to remove your carpet. £2.20 in change, a couple of receipts, lots of wee stones and a mouldy chip lol. Again big ups to Paul for his time
  12. That was a good thread for the black blob, did you sell it as it was or keep back any of the nice bits?
  13. Got mine from Skidz in Falkirk, took a while though.
  14. What about Craig over in Paisley, not too far from you?
