  1. Midnight 21 I applaude your technical abilities if you feel that the fault finding link is easy!! I'm afraid that my tired old eyes would have extreme difficulty distinguishing between 0.2 sec flashing sequences. lol. Way above my capabilities. I'll leave it to my mechanic i think. Cheers anyway.
  2. Guess what, she's started on the button every time today. Bloody thing. Have heard the pump priming each time, but of course i'll have to wait to when it doesnt start to see if i dont hear the pump. Will check the connector block under the rear seat. Will get the mechanic to check cam and crank sensors also. Nice to hear i'm not alone.
  3. Will check out the pump. Cheers for the tip.
  4. Hi, Yes i get dash lights as per normal, then when i try to start the engine it spins over ok as per normal but doesnt fire up or even try to. Just keeps turning over. A couple of tries later it fires up as per normal and runs as per normal. Leave it for a while and it may start up as per normal but it may not. There doesnt seem to be any consistency as to whether it starts or not. Nothing worse as i just cant trust it enough to run it anywhere and be sure of it restarting. Noticed the other day that it took a few more turns of the engine before it fired up which is not normal. Then yesterday after a short run in town when i went to start it i got the turning over but no start up. Tried it a couple of times and then it fired up as per normal. First thing this morning it started ok, switched off then tried to restart it but got the no start problem again. Then a normal start.?????
  5. Hi, My '95 Classic Turbo Waggon has suddenly developed a non starting problem. One minute it will start, then next time the engine turns over ok but doesnt fire up or even try to. Nothing obviously wrong or disconnected under bonnet. Most puzzling. End result cant use the car in case it doesnt start. Any ideas folks??
