What is the difference between these turbo's ? Have a jdm my01 wagon with a semi automatic gearbox which the previous owner fitted with a td05 , far as i can tell should have had a td04 from the factory. Any benefit or otherwise to having the 05 or would i better off with 04 ?

Would assume they would work, they just look awful, rather use ultraseal for punctures! kenny

Got a jdm bugeye late last year fully expecting to get hit for the 400 when the v5 came back - took 2 months - no co2 reading classed as a private light goods hence 185, seems to be a bit random how they class your car!

Have a PC680 on a yamaha v-max works fine, don't know if it be up to the job on a scoob ?

Really like the splitter, vote yes on the eyebrows but must admit to being biased, got them fitted on my own car, indicators can be seen no problem.

Dipsy if you still need a key just keep trying shops mate sooner or later you'll find someone who knows the correct blank, got a key today, been told it's the same blank as nissan's from the same era. Won't do your central locking of course but it will start the car, if it helps key say's silca italy on one side & nsn14 on the other, the blank number i would assume. Good hunting mate!

Yes mate 2 button key but doesn't work as the central locking system works via the alarm remote.

With the car being an import never expected subaru to be able to supply so have never checked them, you sure about this friend?

Hi Folks, only got 1 key with my bugeye import so am after a spare key, wasn't expecting any bother as it has no chip in the key so was expecting a simple cut from a blank. Problem is the local shop can't supply a blank not even listed in his books, the length seems to be the problem, anyone know where to get a key or am i up the creek ? Cheers

Thanks for the welcome mate, for sure it's a rare un! told there's 2 in uk who know's if there were only 50 or not! Told its a motor show dealer special, also appears to be have been a 20n version available without the turbo. No hid xenon lamps on mine either must have been on the options list, for sure a WRX with some trick bits, told it's an STI motor with variable valve timing, don't know for sure other that tis a EJ205! does feel fast enough to impress me though, am a biker used to a v-max. kenny

Hi to all in Scottish Scoobieland, now on scooby no.4 my first turbo model, no real idea what i've bought just took a shine to the idea of a tiptronic gearbox! tis an import going by the massive over the top description of euro type e model 20k- hence the login name 20kendo- does seem to be genuine enough, quick google seach seems to show most of them have ended up in new zealand! Tis a my01, never heard of the tiptronic option from any other model year, could mean the gearbox is a complete turkey? guessing it's from the legacy twin turbo who know's, any old sage's out there know what i have? Model code GGAA58T would appear to be newage wagon 5 door 2l turbo , engine is EJ205 which shows as a non JDM engine on another forum? not sure what to make of that, car is an import in the uk since 2003. See there is a meet in hillington thursday, bit o luck meet a few of you there! kenny had a crack a linking a pic help please! still can't do the pics - too stupid cracked the pic i hope !
