  1. yea, Andy's car has that effect on everyone

    How do you think I feel? Every time he passes my house, He opens it up just to say hello .. It ceratinly gets your attention :wave::icon_salut:

    He just did it again :laughing4:

  2. where is the knock sensor please ?

    Neil

    Knock sensor is buried down deep in front of the intercooler if memory serves correctly & is a biatch to get back on clean again. I'd suggest giving the area a good clean before removing it ;)

  3. At the risk of posting in the wrong section again.....

    This is probably a silly question, But does anybody round about Lanark area have any cam sensors for a classic lying about that I could borrow / buy.

    Cars been running like a dog,

    Tried all the usual checks, No stored error codes, Given it a good service with oil flush treatment, compression test, replaced 2 damaged coil packs etc etc. It seems to be missing on all cylinders randomly! Spoken to a few guys from the rally scene & they suggested the cam sensors. Just a bit expensive at £150 a pop to "try" :thumbup:

    It was doing it only when hot & Baz suggested head gasket (or worse) But I have disconnected the coil packs one at a time when running and can not pin it down to any one cylinder or even side, totally random & very annoying.

  4. If you miss it there's something wrong. Left out the Shell station, Straight up the High Street, Right lane at the top, Turn 2nd left at the roundabout an its about 1 mile out the road on the left. A blind man could find find it.

    see you all there:)

  5. Ooh this is going to get confusing lol

    I'm Little Green Goblin and there's a guy called Rizla who call his scoob green goblin too - perhaps we ought to form our own little spin off club! :D

    HAHAHA The Green Gobblers :gay::blink:

    Fook micro dots....Once and only once lol

  6. Grim buddy ;) Another solution is to get yourself a decent ethernet webcam. They are reasonably cheap compared to getting a whole CCTV setup. Most of them can be set to motion activated and record onto your PC. The ones I have seen also give better images than a cheap CCTV setup.
