-

-
yeah go for the nur spec, i run that on my bugeye with the added headers and up-pipe, de-cat so its nice and loud. nur spec gets my vote

spotted a black version 9 on fri in perth city centre, very clean looking with small monster drink logo on the back
looked stunning.
anyone on here?
-
if your in gear and back off on the throttle and then accelerate again does the gearlever move back and forth?
yeah a bit ??
-
At the risk of making myself sound silly.............what about the gearbox oil? could a change of oil and refilling with decent oil maybe help?
I could be barking up the wrong tree but i've heard of people having problems selecting gears etc when either needing the oil changed or when using the wrong type or cheap oil.
could give you a cheaper option to explore first if it's not been thought about.

cheers for the input i'll give that a shot first then. and i thought the six speed was reliable ha. fingers crossed
-
i was hoping it wouldn't be ha. it doesnt do it evrytime and is less common once the cars been driven for a bit, think theres a possibility its the clutch release bearing or am i clutching at straws now ha?
-
Having a bit of bother from my 6speed box. 5th gear doesnt want to stay in gear unless im right up the rev's in 4th shifting into 5th. all over changes are normal. is this something simple or am i looking at issues towards a new box?

Anyone who's up for car valeting in these temperatures shows some serious dedication - great work
Do you find that the birds tend to keich on yours after you've cleaned it? (I'm talking about the kind of 'bird' that flies BTW, no' the kind that spends most of her waking life thinking about buying shoes and couches ).
haha yeah, same spot everytime! back left on the spoiler, they must perch on it
-
I didn't either till we went up there with the dog on Sunday! Still a fair amount up the top at the lookout point. Wish the kids had their sledges!
I've got a Sonic Blue 'S' reg classic sport. Got it in Sept (1st Scoob) as a project for after winter, so it's not looking it's best but means I can have a bit of fun if we get any more snow and not be too worried.
I'll give you a flash and a wave if I see you.
i'll watch out for you mate
-
Looks nice.
What product(s) you using, now that that you've done the hard work polishing just ocassion top ups can have it looking that good/protected for months to come ?
I use auto glym ultra deep shine, and extra gloss protection when the weathers better since it has to be left on for half an hour or so. meguires waxes as well. soon as the salt stops i'll clay the car to get all the crap off. If you have a dark colour paint then highly recommend the ultra deep shine, night and day difference.
-
That's looking like the effort was worth it.
Well played keeping it clean on the run up to Kinnoull
I didnt realise there would still be some snow lurking up there, the speed was kept to 5mph ha.
What scooby do have mate?need to keep an eye out for other local members
-
Took full advantage of a dry day and got up early to give the car a good wash and polish, roll on summer when theres no salt on the roads!!
-
