Im in rosyth bud. Took the car to a garage i know quite well and was told he wouldnt rebuild the engine as it was too damanged. Dont know if he was just saying this as i dont really know enough. In process of taking the engine out just now. Got some mechanically mined mates doing it. Got a six months guarantee with the one i bought.

Cheers mate, just ordered the engine so it should arrive tomorrow. if all goes to plan should be back up and running in plenty of time. (Famous last words eh!)
