In order to secure the booking we have to pay a Deposit of £4.00 per head and need to have a final list of people who will turn up on the night and pay the funds. Now if it is say 20 people in all that want to come that makes it £80.00 to pay at time of booking to secure the lanes. As you can appreciate I am reluctant to pay this in case people do not turn up and I am out of pocket. So I think the best thing is lets get a final list and then at the meet I will collect the deposit from those definitely coming.
