About JerryH

  1. I used the guys below for the wifes car last year. £25/30 for the day for a full car trailer. Whiteside Trailers West Bank Airntully, Stanley, Perth, Perthshire PH1 4PH Tel: 01738 828716
  2. They're looking sweet mate. Just out of interest, who's sorting your dink as I'll be looking for some bodywork done in the spring?
  3. I didn't either till we went up there with the dog on Sunday! Still a fair amount up the top at the lookout point. Wish the kids had their sledges! I've got a Sonic Blue 'S' reg classic sport. Got it in Sept (1st Scoob) as a project for after winter, so it's not looking it's best but means I can have a bit of fun if we get any more snow and not be too worried. I'll give you a flash and a wave if I see you.
  4. That's looking like the effort was worth it. Well played keeping it clean on the run up to Kinnoull
  5. Sorry to see that mate! The guy mentioned by Christian is Richard Deas, PM me if you want his number. The guy that owns the building he works from is a bit funny about folks just rolling up (he's currently looking for new premises with a more amiable landlord!). Does a top job, got mine going to him in the new year for a respray and the missus Vectra for rear arches.
  6. We run 2 cars here, both on seperate policies, but both with Norwich Union Direct. Impreza sport for me, £200 with full ncd Vectra Supertouring for the wife £470 with no ncd It's general rule that a lot of insurance companies will mirror the bonus that you have on your first car, so it's worth trying your own insurance company first before changing. If not, check out the competition.
  7. Spot on John!! No one more so than the misses, and I quote "feckin idiot" . She's exceedingly p***ed off as she took a days holiday for the rally only to see 8/10 cars at full tilt!! Although, not just us but potentially the biggest spectator stage of the day, so 1,000's in the same boat. Lynch mob??
  8. Great pics mate, great to see the 'old skool' in full flight! We made it, went up Craigvinean early (car park 2) great spot at hairpin about 1/2 mile into stage from the car park, saw the 1st 8/10 runners through then nothing for about an hour and a half, then 2 fire engines, heavy resuce unit and medic car, then nothing, then a course car announcing apologies for delay - restarting into 20 mins. Nothing for 45 mins then a marshals car - who we stopped to ask what's going on - stage cancelled!! Spoke to other marshalls on the way down, a member of the public had apparently dialled 999 when a car crashed further in the stage, they came in and then one of the fire engines got stuck! Game over for the day! Apologies for hijacking your thread mate, but needed to vent!
  9. Welcome to Scotland mate
  10. Hi Christian, Yeah I've known Grant and Andy for years! Infact, since AWD started back in the old unit. Was in on Saturday morning and Grant offered to open an account for me!! Give us a wave if you see me, can't see me being out of it for a few days!
  11. Excellent...................right here's some more. BTW, thanks to all for the welcome All opinions welcome and advice!
  12. Just a tester!
  13. Being a bit dumb at this time of night, but do I need to use a web host to get pictures on?
