Hi there hopefully someone can help? My 98 impreza has finally after 174k miles blown its head gasket!
I've been quoted a small fortune by my Subaru dealer to sort it Can any of you suggest a good reasonably priced place to take it so that I don't have to write it off
I'm in the Peterborough area.
Cheers in advance a very sad Hippo

Daily driver, gets used for everything, work, shopping, family trips the lots, did 22,000 in her last year. Works hard does the old wagon

I think it was a more like 30 years if we are talking Vivas, i had a Manta 400i 20 years ago
mmmmm now they were very nice

Yeah, I'm with you. Half tints do look like half done, however, two things: 1) So many people have them now that it is starting to look normal; 2) I think half tints look better on estate cars/wagons anyway. It jsut makes the car look more... I dunno what, but it just does, OK! Hope the picture helps.
Oh, and have some new rims while you're at it
I think that looks great, must get mone done soon (nice photoshop work too)!

Parked out side Fitness First Gym (think thats the name anyway!!).

-
Cool stuff, glad to know my old lady isn't alone!!! Wonder how long it'll hold on?? Wonder how much tuning it can take??!!
-
Hi everyone, I was wondering what the highest mileage Scooby there is on here? I'll start the ball rolling with my 98 wagon that has just clicked past the 155k mark!! And still going strong
-
looks good, but what's that hanging out of the boot?
Thanks Steve
It's the cable that runs to the camera, didn't have enough time to get rid of it in photoshop
-
Still some more work to do until I get the shot looking as dramatic as I would like, but not a bad start point IMHO
-
Wagons Rock!!!!!

Wasonna type and say what was special about driving My wagon, but gonna go for a drive instead!!
-
Nice one,do you have any plans for mods .
I've put EBC discs on and new pads so far. Not sure what to do next, she's done a fair few miles (136,000), so I don't think anything too drastic is on the cards!!
Needs a new back box though, any thoughts?
-
