difficult one for you................i would tell the landlord the problems......if they do nothing about it, i would get it done but not pay the rent...

do you waste money on something that isnt yours....the upkeeping of the property at your expence + rent, it's not right jaqs.............i know you could do without the hastle at this time. but its the money,,it really aint your problem(the upkeep of the property)..i'm sure citizens advise could tell you your rights as a tenant.................alot of money will be in the properties favour(ie landlords)............... she will love you for doing it,but won't care....................................................most landlords are ****ers...deal with them most days...

nightmare,,,definatley landlords responsabiliy then...get on the phone and tell her that is broken(security issue and public safety issue) lorna say's that you are not responsible for the up keep of the property ie boundries.roof,drains,plumbing, etc..she was a legal conveyancer dealing with this everyday a few years ago,,,need any advice give us a call.......she has many contact still...

is the fence ****ed totaly,if so and its your side of the fence (on the deeds) get you neighbours to complain to the landlady...it really isnt your responsablility as a tenant to pay for maintainance,you pay enough rent, the landlady is just creaming the profit of off your hard earned cash..... unless its in your tenancy agreement,then thats a different matter..lol
