About URABUS79

  1. Anyone else care to comment please???. Thanks B
  2. Cheers for that insane clown, haveyou had any problems so far with it being so close?? How much clearance does everyone else seem to have between box and driveshaft??? Thanks B
  3. Hi all, whats your opinions / thoughts?? My m8 fitted my ninja rear box a week or so ago to ma scoob[], sounded good but has developed a 'blow' where the back box meets the centre pipe[:'(]. Today i have removed the box to clean up bits of the old gasket which mysteriously got left on the middle section[]. A little dum dum on either side of the new gasket, fired it all back to gether and still blew a little[:@]. I slackend it all again but this time, pushed centre section up with ma knee straightend it all up so flanges looked symetrical, tighten all up to F/T. NO blow now[], however pipe from centre section to box itself is only aroun 1/2 - 3/4" away from drive shaft and rubber boot[8-)]. Is this gona be a problem, is heat from exhaust gona toast the rubber boot when stationary??? I don't think it will be a problem when the cars moving, but what do you all reckon? Should i take it all of again and try to mate the two sections up before fitting to the hangers. Thanks in advance people. B
  4. I don't know what iv'e done to $crew the page style up, but i'm someone can can fix it.
  5. Hi M8, welcome, be prepared for an empty wallet,[]lol.
  6. @ Bandit, i think the new ninja2 has a removable baffle which you can 'insert' to quieten the box down a bit. I don't know if this baffle is interchangeable with the ninja1 though. Cheers. B
  7. Hi m8, i only joined today also, so hi and welcome.
  8. Hi Jen, i have just fitted a Ninja1 to my 97 wagon two days ago, perfect fit to standard centre section, 15 mins and it was fitted. Sounds superb at the moment [], but to be fair, it's only been on there for a few days so the novelty of the growl is still there and hopefully won't lower house prices in my street! I'd recommend one, but i have nothing to compare it to other than the standard rear box. Cheers, B
  9. Just thought i'd say hi to all the Scottish members. After 5 years of having the scoob, i've never posted in these forums before, but i have looked here now and then. I have been converted to the SIDC forums from another popular site . Anyways, my names Billy, I run around in a MY97 wagon and wave to pretty much anything with the stars on the bonnet, so no doubt will have spotted at least on or two of you other members around Edinburgh and the Lothians. Cheers all. B
