    us newage owners dont need to keep cleaning our cars as we dont have to worry so much about rust patches that go hidden under mud etc.

    no can do Tel..got a dodgy box in the motor at the mo,feking thing is whining and grinding,awaiting a replacement to arrive due to the seller saying it was a spot on unit..plus she's drinking fuel,need a map tweek but have no cash for that as i spent out on the box!!..

  3. Right guys , see if you guys know the answer to my problem and its not that sort :icon_hang: , everytime i turn the sidelights on my abs light on the dash comes on , it wont go out untill i turn the engine off even if the lights are turned off it stays on ? any ideas guys and gals :P

    could be an earthing issue,would be wise to check fuses aswell ;)

  4. As some of you know I drive a 2003 STI which according to the fuel filler cap will only take 98RON fuel.. However, in the owners manual it states that if 98 RON isn't available any fuel 95RON or above will be ok.

    I only use V Power in the Scoob but as I will be going to Cornwall soon I am now considering using 95RON to save a bit of cash while on holiday.

    I have been driving very carefully to increase the MPG and at present it is running about 34 MPG...Would 95RON cause any problems with the scoob and do you think I would gain or lose MPG by using it?

    Darren..tbh i'd not use 95 without an addative,ie octain booster..my personal preferenc is Plutoline,will up the 95 ron nicely and when added to v-power,takes it just over the 100ron mark,handy for the rollin road shoot outs ;)
