Report :- Cal's trip to The Nurburgring - 56k chase yersel

absolutely superb Cal,was going to read it late last night,but,decided to keep it till today.....before any are consumed,amazing pics as well,feel as if i'm just back from the Ring myself......i'll need to get a bigger piggy bank i think.[Y]

Went to spa and the ring on a trip organised by crossorads subaru. Think they are based in banbury. Heard about it from Ian of Stan Palmer in carlisle. 23 cars went. 19 imprezas 2 porkers an evo and i 645 beemer. trip of a lifetime.

It was good enough fun going with 2 Evo's and an Aprilia............I cannot begin to imagine how much fun it would be going with a full Scooby squadron !

It was amazing. Convoy everywhere was great fun. Driving through towns and villages everyone just stoped and stared. Most of the people smiled and waved. Only 1 guy did not seem to appreciate us. He made some strage gesture with his wrist. Think he must have been offering us a cocktail or sometthing. Made a wrist shaking hand gesture. Must have been a tree hugger. Ill try and dig up some pictures.
