De-cat Question

I'm having a full de-cat fitted on tuesday and i've got a question, i know it will fail the mot with it on(will put old one on for this).

What i want to know is what would happen if i got pulled over and they have the vehicle inspectrate there, could they take the car of the road or just tell me to put back at least 1 cat?

I believe they will give you 14 days to sort it, ie go to a MOT station and get it tested and pass

Yes it will FAIL an MOT..

if you get stopped, you do get 14days, They have never checked my exhaust on the 4 times ive been stopped.

If i did get stopped i would say ive been on a track day, & was planing on changing it A.S.A.P []
