Noticed that the overhead gantry wasn't displaying the 'tidal flow closed' sign this morning when I crossed the approach road - has it reopened?

They are still using the tidal flow when they are working in the North Bound Tunnel. Somehow its not dangerous then like it is in the morning [:^)] But Ken (You can tell if I'm lying as my lips move) Livingstone says its definitely not so he can extend the congestion charge zone (****er)
