Broken Fog Light Glass

Hey folks, I have just noticed tonight that my bottom right fog lamp glass is smashed

Can I get replacement front glass from T&C in Aberdeen or do I need to get a new light unit?

 Also, is it easy to do yourself?

Is there a film or something tp prevent breakage, poss for the main lights as well?

same happened to me . went into S&S in ayr and was told the whole unit had to be replaced. Quoted £90 for lamp not fitted

You can get protectors for headlamps & fogs, check out accessories on subaru web page.

mines has a wee hole in it as well when i got the car. Tried to remove glass....no way..

Cheapest i saw a lamp was fleabay at 40 odd notes

Took unit off and got some clear sealer on a bit wire and managed to get it inside and block the hole. Then got a set of plastic protectors..[Y]

 I contacted T&C in Aberdeen. £80+ per light unit + fitting

 I have ordered light & protectors. They are very vunerable down at that level.

yes but with your SIDC card you should get 10% off plus reduced rates on fitting []
