mrs P Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Us men hate shopping unless its for something for ourselves I should have known better to go shopping with him again yesterday after the way he was on Sunday. We had a load of shopping to do up town and had to get his glasses mended. The little s**t decided that he did not feel very well and was screaming all around town so we had to stop what we were doing to go home. Once at home he was fine!!!!!!! I think he takes after Kev as I have toi drag him out to the shops!!!!!
Bailey73 Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Sam had the same with Erin at Asda on Sunday. Erin wanted a toy but was told before they entered the shop that there would be no treats - Erin kicked off big style when she saw something she wanted and started kicking and hitting Sam whilst screaming down the shop...... .....Glad I wasn't there.

Bailey73 Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 I was told by my parents about an article in tonights Evening Adver that Subaru owners will wear black t-shirts on Saturday - I know some of us have ordered one but is the article anything from here???

Was speaking to a work colleague about what we were doing with our tops and ribbons as he knew we were going too rally day and that i organise meets in swindon and he might of said something to his girlfriend who works for advertiser about it - will check tomorrow (and say nothing further to him!).

Free publicity though, that can't be bad.
scooby princess Posted September 18, 2007 Author Posted September 18, 2007 the death of our hero should not be used to gain exposure for the club - wrong time, wrong place If they cover on saturday (which no doubt they will as paper is always at rally day and with recent events etc) in a tastful way then fine.

Sorry, that is not what I meant........ ..I meant by speaking to your colleague about general club stuff it may be advertised (Evening Adver) - In no way did I mean it to sound like we can gain exposure from his death. I was thinking of the future.

I was thinking of the future. Know what you mean but if he has done then im a little peeved as would like to know i have privacy and confidentiality about stuff outside of work! If he has done so i dont think it was out of malice but just without a bit of thought of how it might reflect on us as a club Cant undo though so lets hope people see it and think "lets go to rally day"
kevlorn Posted September 21, 2007 Posted September 21, 2007 10 hours before i have to get up in the morning................,4am
