Tax disc holder

Ive had my windscreenn replaced today and the gets threw away my sidc tax holder

 i tried using the shop but the thing still uses that god awful worldpay

 

can anyone help be out here and know some other way i can obtain one as my car is feeling kinda left out, she looked a bt sexier as the black matched the car lovely
