It is on the road that takes you from riverhead to east grinstead cant remember the road number of the top of my head when i get chance i will have a look at the map[Y] its on the B2042[] Thanks Mark....believe thats the road that runs up next to that Riverhead school with the grass on the roof then heads off behind Ide Hill. Thats very much the area I suggested initially but intended to approach from Sundridge / Chart Lane. Only looks as if there's going to be 5 cars going so shouldn't be too much hassle parking up wherever we end up.
baser999 Posted April 14, 2007 Author Posted April 14, 2007 Looks like 6 o'clock it is then. Have just found Markies pub on a map - its Goathurst Common, near Ide Hill. Its only about 1/2 hour from the Wharf so we can perhaps go straight there or have a ride out first. Discuss...................perhaps decide when we meet. Bye for now.
scoots Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Sorry we can't make tonight, we are out for a meal with Big Jay for his wifes birthday Have fun []

T123VOR Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 I forgive you ! Ive drove passed The Woodman a few times looks nice
granby Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Surely this is shorts weather[] NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO []
Scooby Hoo? Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Can't make the Wharf, but should be able to get to the Woodman later so if we get there before you go, great, but don't wait around as the kit car is a tad precocious. Cheers Hugh & Jill.[][H]
baser999 Posted April 15, 2007 Author Posted April 15, 2007 ............ but if your after a good pub try the Woodman its on the B2042[] Found the pub and had a good evening, thanks Mark. General feeling that perhaps this should be considered as an alternative to Notcutts if there's going to be ongoing problems with letting children in?
