squealing brakes

Since replaced my front brake pads with ds2500 the front passenger side brake squealing badly. I can also hear gridding noise at low speed.Could this be a bad assembly by the garage?  OR does this a sign of something else? Any help would be much appreciated.

this may sound daft but been promised it will work.

Take the pads out and turn them around. (if you know what i mean)

So the inside one willturnaround and become the outside one and the outside one will become the inside one.

Done it with my red stuff pads after i woke my nieghbour up lol he knows a thing or 2 and told me to do this and hey presto it worked.
