Where is the best place for a Re-Map ?

Hey, 'm looking to get my car re-maped it's a '95 turbo UK Spec, i dont think it has had anything like this done before. 

 I'm based in Aberdeen can anyone suggest the best place to go, but remember i ain't got the biggest budget tho  [:^)]

on a 95 car you will need an APEXI-FC or similar, if you can spare the time the best place would have to be (IMHO) Andy Forrest in Port Seaton, just outside Edinburgh on the A1 heading South

Might consider something like the Subaru Z4 ECU if money is a bit tight!
