itinary for the day at the south west motor show 2007

All show cars must be on stand and in place by 9am at the latest .

10 am gates open to the public

10 am - 12 noon - sponge the staff

11:30 am bbq starting

12 noon - cream cracker contest - adults only ribbons to 1st 2nd and 3rd places

1pm hula hoop contest - adult and child category ribbons to 1st 2nd and 3rd in both categorys

1:30pm bbq ending

2pm limbo contest adult and child sections trophy for 1st places and ribbons for 2nd and 3rd

3:30pm pack up the stand

tombola , cake stand and music all through the day 

 

plus hula girls handing out garlands to the children and posing for piccies
