south west motor show theme and help lists

The theme for the sidc's stand at this years south west motor show will be hawaiian

here is a list of needs for the stand also we will put up a poll to see if everyone wants a bbq at this event

need 2 male volunteers , one to greet the public coming onto the stand and 1 to walk around handing out sidc leaflets .

need 2 female volunteers - same as above so would need to be in grass skirts and bikini tops for the ladies and a naf hawaiian shirt for the men and shorts

also the volunteers would need to have piccies with cars , people etc etc

6 sets of car ramps -1 jaminrat 2rev chris 3

20 blow up palm trees -

100 garlands -

helium tank -

2 male volunteers -

2 female volunteers - 1 bens sister tory , 2

some fake surfboards (we must have some budding artists out there lol)-

1 volunteer for the adults tombola -1 liz

1 volunteer for the childrens tombola-1 sp

1 volunteer for the guess the sweets jar -

4 people to put up gazebo's - 1 sp , 2 liz , 3 ed 4

Donations for prizes for the tombolas

1 childrens facepainter -

4 gazebo's - 1 sp

1 generator -

4 pasting tables- 1 sp

2 bbq cooks -

2 bbq cooks assistants -

1 volunteer to sell the cakes on the cake stand - louiserats mum 

2 yellow tablecloths for pasting table -1 lourat

2 Blue tablecloths for pasting table -

would also be great to see as many members as possible in hawaiian costumes
