mother in law has now said she is cooking xmas lunch - feeling like im getting pushed out my own kitchen!

Hating christmas already and ed really doent understand that his mother is interfering and that if she is a guest she sits down and lets the person who's house it is do the cooking! Really NOT looking forward to christmas

well got ed another gift and guess what....

the original gift fit! enough to say im a softy and he has recieved it as a thank you gift for the kindness he showed when i suffered my fit this year and also he support this last week,

still doesn`t solve the cooking problem, tell her that if she wants to cook then you`ll all go to hers

the reason they are coming to us is because they moved to the isle of wight in a caravan and so we invited them to join us so they are close to family. Dont mind them coming over but she isnt getting the fact that this is the house that our family live in and they are guests.

Think she feels left out cause she isnt having the massive family christmas thing and she always had but some times you need to let go and realise that your kids are now grown up and not wanting to be with you at christmas
